When you play spin wheel, if end up on prize where Leslie hospitalises you, if you always leave before prize announced, go draw blood bags to like to minimum life, then go back to spin wheel Lame, it'll do error notification saying not allowed and hospitalise you.
So bug though not significant is instead just losing all your life you get advantage of getting to draw four blood bags first before you are hospitalised. Similarly if you want you can just keep playing and are not hospitalised until you do return to play another round of spin the wheel.
