Branch Unset

When you unset a branch: During the 100 hour count down, do you still get the perks of the branch until its resets at 0 hours?

Example: If I had Excursion branch with 10 extra travel items, and wanted to unset so I could use all the respect in the Steadfast branch. When I click the unset button and start the 100 hour countdown. Do I still have access to the 10 extra travel items until the clock counts down to 0 hours? or during that 100 hours I have no branch bonuses or perks.

Why would you unset a branch? What’s the benefit?

To rotate branches.

There are branches that are more useful for certain situations, for example, the aggression branch is less useful in times of peace, and the excursion branch in times of war, so you'll want to switch these depending on your factions situation.
