I was awarded the Riddled honor directly after this attack ended -

Riddled: Defeat an opponent after hitting at least 10 different body parts in a single attack.
As the attack log shows, I only landed 8 hits, though at least 10 different body parts were hit in total between both combatant's hits.
The description implies you must hit at least 10 different body parts, then go on to defeat the opponent to trigger the honor.
It wasn't a delayed award from a previous attack, as all other attacks I'd made in the half hour beforehand were much shorter, and none of which had anywhere near 10 hits landed by either combatant - again the description clearly states "in a single attack", so it's unlikely any of those had any effect on the outcome.
If the reply is going to be along the lines of "10 different body parts were hit in the single attack, that you won", then perhaps the honor description needs rewording for clarity. Something along the lines of -
Riddled: Defeat an opponent after at least 10 different body parts were hit in a single attack
Or, even more specific
Riddled: Defeat an opponent after damage has been dealt to at least 10 different body parts in a single attack
