If it's your vault you can choose whether or not to share access with your spouse.

Yes he can use your money. Do not share vault with your spouse imho. Turn off sharing.

I share a vault with my wife with no problems.

But she's really my wife...if she f**ks with my money I can deal with it the old-fashioned way.
