i ended an education class. BEFORE starting a new class i found the one i wanted it took 18 days.
so i used 7 merits and sped up the education.
i and only then started the class.
the effect...nothing. class still 18 days.
im not sure if ive ever got any benefits and spent 29 merits.\
tried talking to staff...one reply misundersranding me then zippo.
i play multiple t7mes per day.
now...im upset, feel ripped off and ignored and thinking of quiting.

Explained to OP on message. Seems to have been a misunderstanding, perk was correctly applied.
