Can you use pc while flying?
If you can, why people buy laptop??

And where do you buy laptop beside from item market? Is it available in the city or other country with cheaper price (I am curious)?

You can use pc while flying. Edit your url to "https://www.torn.com/pc.php" and Voila!
If you click a link with "laptop.php" somewhere in the URL (and get an error), just edit it to "pc.php"

I'm typing this on my PC. I don't own a laptop :)

You can get a PC from city find, or maybe subscriber gift?

If you have a laptop you don't need to "mess around" with the URL (see note though).

Some (out of date) documentation says laptop is needed to read/write mail, to buy/sell stocks, to code viruses, etc. It isn't, but it's easy to get the wrong idea with cursory glance through the guides/tutorials.

Note: the TornTools extension adds a "computer" link to the travel page, so that "messing around" with the URL is not needed if you have it installed.
