Instead of "You can post once every 10/60 seconds", how about gaining CD of 60 seconds to a CD similar to Med and booster CD, but the cap is only 5 minutes?
To make sure you don't double post from sending too fast however (It might be possible if such a change happens), a check should be implemented to make sure the exact same post won't be shown up if the same post (same quote, same body, same everything) was shown before within 3 seconds.
The above also helps avoid bump spams and stuff, but if they still od, maybe ban their CD privileges and return them back to the system today?
I think this will be pretty useful if you sleep and your thread just gets like 100 messages and feedback and you have to reply to some of them but then the "You need to wait" message hits, just saying.
