So im subscribed when do i get the "special" items and what are they? Also do i get donator packs as well? Sorry if this sounds stupid, i just cant check from the app.

subscriber items include enhancers, books, and i think other stuff but those I know for sure. you will get them at the beginning of the month. you cannot get donator packs.

You get the special item at the first of every month, so should be in a few hours. It can either be a book or an item worth usually between 800k-16m - Lottery voucher / Medical box / Drug pack / edvds etc. and all the way up to a six pack of energy drinks, which is a lot more rare. That should give you a general idea of what to expect.
You don't get donator packs as a subscriber. You only get those if you purchase them specifically(Notice the options on the subscription page).
As a subscriber, you also get automatically entered into a raffle for some point prizes, but the odds of winning those are extremely small

Have I missed an announcement? Does anyone know why my donations have been stopped? Is it partly due to my inactivity? I'm not logging into Torn as often as I used to... Thanks!
Yes, a few weeks ago they implemented a new function whereby your subscription is automatically cancelled after 93 days of inactivity, with the intention of not upsetting any people who quit and forgot their subscription is still running
