Yes to both points and yes buffoonery is the right term to use to describe activities such as this cowardly act of rule breaking!

Tiny little hands are at work here if they have to resort to such activities.

Yes.

Basically, you get fedded for that time, all illegal gains removed and look like an idiot in the process when a subsequent thread like this gets made.

Not all illegal gains are taken sir. Stats gained, crime experience and and whatever misery he laid on some poor sap. None of that is reversible
