And 'why not?' is what's being asked here.. it seems weird to me to be worried about it, nothing a player can do will do anything more than delay a completed crime or OC, they can't make you lose any CE.

60NNB been 60nnb the day ched moved NNB up from 45-60 it was a nice jump to 60.. was given my first PA back then when not many did that 45-60 jump... never looked back... as doing CE ranks back then was doing blackmail OC’s with the guy or guys who we think are nearest to you in CE.
I brought up this idea to Helcostr. In my view the torn community tends towards paranoid about all kinds of things. We were discussing a project Helcostr is working on to explore the success rate of different crimes now that the unsafe crimes are less unsafe. It appears I was wrong and that is great news for Helcostr's project. Hopefully he will come up with an update about it soon.
Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night to make sure my NNB hasn't changed, and refresh my firewalls to ensure nobody is able to hack into my email and gain access to my account to find out my true NNB.
