Hello, is there a possibility to achieve the 'Ecstatic honor' if your happy from the PI is only 4500?
If yes, can someone elaborate?

Nah, if you don't wanna spend a fortune on strippo's or mistletoe, then on candy you'll need 68 150h candies on candy day+xtc - assuming you have +50% candy spec from vor :) less if you have the book
Otherwise it's pretty tough, you need to get to 50k happy pre xtc, 122 250h candies after candy day (impossible without job perks, and not worth it with em) and 9 dvds only get you to 49.5k (99k post ex - so close!) Assuming 10* AN, which you said you don't have :P
Do i need to get 99000 happy or 99999 to get the merit ?
Depends on your faction perk. Bunch of factions have 48 booster cooldown but don't have +50% candies effect. Even your doesn't have the perk, you can always use strippo. Which is cheaper than birthday cakes atm. Just need trustworthy friend to do it on you. Or can work with friends who work in 10* an or who are in factions with +50% candies effect by letting you to steal their happy with poison mistletoes.
And yeah you need max happy to get the merit.
And yeah it's worth the money to do 99k hj if you want to speed up your stats to reach 800k on each stats.

my plan was just to rent a 5k happy PI for a day or two, then use booster cool down and ecstasy
