Also I found sports science edu is great for raising manual and endurance, also has great side effects that are better got earlier on

Clothing store. From train, from job points, and daily job point gain. Stats requirement is low to join clothing company.
Yea it takes time to grow usually, a lot at the beginning until you're stats are high enough that a company wants to take you in. Private companies have great daily work stats increases. But the company won't want low stat people pulling their ratings down.
However IF you can find a new company, there's a forum for companies recruiting, then you can usually get a job with low stats. As people with higher stats will want to go to better companies that have better stat gains and bonuses. When you are there you should hopefully be able to wrangle up some training which will raise your stats massively.
All that said, work stats are secondrary stats that affect your working and not your character or fighting skills. Of course building up is a big goal, but generally working up is in the goal of increasing bonuses you can gain from working in different types of companies
