Duke attacks are still happening.
I have participated in an attack 3-4 times since Dog Tags started.
No-one is attacking before Loot lvl 5 though.

Thats okay with me :) But we lack people right now. And im okay hitting him twice today
I saw Crayfish earlier today hit him alone, it didn't go well. Duke is still lvl 5 for 2 hours already.
