I think having a Non-Binary Gender Option in the 'Change Sex' panel in your settings would make Torn a more inclusive community of LGBT. I don't know what everyone's thoughts are on this but from what I know, Non-Binary people don't identify as male or female. They are in the middle. Just a thought.

Biological sex in Torn is just like sex in RL - it's a game mechanic. You get perks being one or the other in the ability to take jobs at one of the strip clubs. Past that, it doesn't matter. …

Guess it wouldn't be so bad to just have a general other option, it doesn't really affect anyone...Not entirely uncommon in games these days either (referring to for example Cyberpunk)
This 100%. The vast majority of Torn seem to be right leaning politically and fairly conservative, so it most likely wouldnt get traction
The LGBTQ likes to see sex and gender as separate things, and gender is never mentioned in options in Torn. I have never seen someone suggest something like this correctly...
A customizable option somewhere might be nice though, so that anyone who wants the rest of Torn to know that they are a parallelogram or a cow in real life.

Torn has a balance from all walks of life, just because the loudest individuals happen to be right leaning doesn't mean all of Torn is.

Not entirely right. The option in settings is "Change gender". Once you've clicked that, what follows is "It costs $50,000 to have a Sex change!", then "Change your gender to Male/Female".
What's more inclusive than being able to make an account and log on?
