OPEN CONTRACT COMPITION...!!!

I wanna build my own TC brand for one stop PROPERTIES so i need some kick ass graphics...!!!

Requirments :-

1) IT should be of news paper add size and a normal size ( which i can put on the wall and fourm )
2) it should covey the massgae of brand Ashkill Properties is the one stop Best solution for all in need
3) it should mention the name ofcourse " ASHKILL94 PROPERTIES, SINCE-2018 "
4) Creaters has 100% freedome to show case their talent


WINNER gets - 50m Cash Price and 1 FHC for a good time...xD

there is no place for 3rd position
