I've fully rehabbed "nearly 24hrs" ago

That doesn't update real-time, only when the company day is over/beginning at 18:00 TCT.

You rehabbed yesterday after the company report came in. As mentioned above, the effectiveness breakdown only updates when the company report is pushed in (around 6 - 6:15 PM TCT), it is not updated real time. However, be informed that you have taken 3 more xanax after your rehab yesterday and hence you will still have some residual addiction debuff
