There are several ways to increase your working stats. Some jobs provide extra working stats like the clothing store or the lingerie store. There, you can use 10 job points to get 100 endurance. Or you can pay the director …
You increase your work stats by being employed in a job/company, completing education courses, or by being trained by a company director. Being trained by a director is generally the best method to quickly boost your stats.
Note that while a City job will actively boost each of your 3 working stats, company positions only boost two at a time; your "primary" and "secondary" work stats. These are determined by your position within the company, which is decided by the company director. When you're trained by the director, your primary stat will be increased by 50 and your secondary increased by 25.

Perhaps the best way to gain working stats is to be the director of a 5* or higher company. To quote from the previously-linked Wiki page, "Company directors gain [work] stats based on how many stars their company has, at 1* they gain 5 of every working stat daily, at 2* 10, at 3* 20, at 4* 35 and up to 50 of each per day at a 5* company."
Also, be sure to read Securop's comment; I completely forgot about company specials! :)

I would advice to just focus on working at the best job available for you and try to get to a place where they do free rotational trains.

Fastest way is buying trains from a player owned company, this, of course gets very expensive, very fast.
Next best way would be joining a player owned company that does rotational trains and just grind it out.
If you have at least 500 INT you can also consider joining the education city job which allows you to exchange job points for work stats.

Don't buy job train. I think it's a common mistake among new players. As new players you need a lot of money to train battlestats and build active and passive income. You can buy dp to fund your battlestat train and build your nw but you will not be as good as someone who has gone through the hard process.
Work in 10* companies. The less favorable ones like meat cut and clothing whatever don't care about your stats much. As long as you are very active. Don't bother bargain about salary tho. Just get the free job train.
People say edu is best job to get workstat. But only if you already have the following stats:
Manual 1500
Intelligent 3000
Endurance 1500
And you still need spend weeks time to reach the sweet spot principal position.
Build your character one step at a time. Start from nw, then battlestats, and then workstats. That's imho.
