I've noticed that the T&G section is lacking a comprehensive overview of low-tier training regimes (instead being fragmented into several guides). This hopes to remedy that.

These are training jumps that can be used by players with relatively low battle stats. These are useful up to having 400K (800K with happy jumps in Adult Novelty stores) in the stat being trained; after that, you should use 3 xanaxes a day to train and not bother with any of these.

An important thing to note for all of these is that happiness resets to your property's "maximum" every 15 minutes. As such, it is recommended that you should start the happiness parts of these guides (those involving candy, edvd's, and ecstasy) right after a 15 minute mark, and definitely not right before one.

1. Noob Lollipop Jumps

Materials required: 48 lollipops, 1 ecstasy.
Cost: ~$90,000.
Original source: No full guides, but Baldr's Basic Advice has a section on it.
Ways to make it cheaper: Don't use ecstasy, only use a few lollipops.
Ways to make it more expensive: Take a Xanax or LSD before it, replaces the lollipops with big boxes of chocolate bars.
Steps:
1. Wait until your energy bar is full.
2. Shortly after a fifteen minute mark, take the 48 lollipops.
3. Then, take an ecstasy, doubling your happiness.
4. Train your energy in the gym. Your gains will be much larger than they would be otherwise.

Wory's Recommendation: This is the best jump for players who haven't reached level 15 yet (or just reached it), mostly because it's probably the only one that's within your budget. Try to do this every day, if you can.

2. Choco Jumps

Materials required: 1 xanax, 1 ecstasy, 48 big boxes of chocolate, 25 points.
Cost: ~$2,500,000.
Original Source: Iceeswirl's "Choco jump (Happy jump alt)"
Ways to make it cheaper: Get rid of the points, use lollipops instead of big boxes of chocolate.
Ways to make it more expensive: Replace 12 big boxes of chocolate with an EDVD.
Steps:
1. Wait until your energy bar is full
2. Take a xanax. Wait for the cooldown timer to finish (6-8 hours).
3. Shortly after a 15 minute mark, take the 48 big boxes of chocolate.
4. Then, take an ecstasy, doubling your happiness.
5. Train your energy in the gym.
6. Go to the points building and spend 25 points on "refill energy".
7. Train your energy in the gym.

Wory's recommendation: This is the best jump for most flyers and people for whom doing happy jumps once or twice a week remains tantalizingly out of reach. It produces nearly as many gains per week as one happy jump for a fraction of the price. Getting rid of the points can also be a helpful option if money is tight -- a pointless choco jump gives 70-75% of the gains for 50% of the price.

3. Happy Jumps

Materials required: 4 xanax, 1 ecstasy, 5 erotic DVD's, 25 points.
Cost: ~$22,000,000
Original Source: Multiple. I recommend Iribuya's "Happy Jump Visual Guide"
Ways to make it cheaper: N/A
Ways to make it more expensive: Use strippogram vouchers, or job points in a sweet shop (or other company that gives happiness for job points). If you're considering going down this path, check out Sky's "Max happiness guide (99K for honor)".
Steps:
1. Train your energy, or otherwise make it so that you have 0 energy.
2. Take a Xanax. Wait for the cooldown timer to finish (6-8 hours).
3. Repeat step 2 three more times, until your energy is full.
4. Take (consume? watch?) 5 erotic DVD's.
5. Take an ecstasy, doubling your happiness.
6. Train your energy in the gym.
7. Go to the points building and spend 25 points on "refill energy".
8. Train your energy in the gym.

Wory's recommendation: If you can afford it, this is the best, and provides the best gains. If you are doing this regularly, I'd recommend joining a 10* Adult Novelties store to double your EDVD gains.

This marks the conclusion of this guide. If you liked it, mind giving it an R+?

Can anyone give me an idea on when choco jumps taper off?
I've read 'like happy jumps' which would imply 400k(?) But that seems off. Playing around with a training calc it seems like 50k-ish, which is such a different number I'm not certain I'm looking at it right.

Real world example- I've been letting my natural e max @ 150 and popping xan before hitting the sack for the night, then can hit the chocolate pop the e and refill in the morning.
This means though I'm leaving my e to stockpile from the evening till the morning, which seems kind of a waste.

Second question- if it is 50k, but regular happy jumps feel out of reach still, is it recommended to just 3 xan, nat e, refill and candies once day (no stacking, no ecstasy)

Tldr, when should 2 xan + ecstacy become just 3 xan?

What you can do if you are worried about e waste (which is very valid, upgrading your gyms is important)
Is to wait for 150e, pop xan, candy up, train, refill, train

You will get less happy, but you will save a ton of E, which adds up.

With this method there really is no cutoff, because you waste no E, and extra happy always has a benefit.

Thanks - so if the training calculator indicates approx 50k-ish stats indicates similar between my current method and yours, then it would be best to go to yours, and just make that a morning snack & train.

I like the simplicity of this as it would seem to allow happy jumps to be used as can afford. Really the only cost change is one ecstacy->xanax, so thats not bad at all.

Thanks!

But some pointers that should be added - you can take one extra item for each of those jumps if you wait several seconds. That is, each lollipop with increase your booster cooldown by 30mins and as we have a stock booster of 24 hours we can do 48x30mins but once we hit 24hours cooldown it counts down immediately and you can then take another item at the 23:59:59s mark to take you to an actual 24:29:59.

This also works for Choccos (thus 49 Large Boxes of Choclates) and only then do you take the ecstasy to double your effective happiness.

A cost effective boost can also be 48 Large Boxes of Choclates + 1 erotic DVD to really crank the happiness.

Item cooldowns can be found here:
Item Cooldowns

Another very critical factor that needs to be mentioned is that on every 15mins of the hour your happiness will reset so if you started taking all of your lollipops/chocs/eDVD and your ecstasy at say 12:14 and then the clock hits 12:15 your Happiness will reset to your base level and your jump will be a failure. This factor can be noted here from the Wiki;
Happiness
You are able to go over your maximum base happy but be warned your happiness doesn't stay like that, it will reset to its maximum base every fifteen minutes on the hour at xx:15 xx:30 xx:45 and xx:00. This means that if you go over your maximum happiness, you only have a small time frame to use it or lose it! Be aware of the current time before doing anything that would drastically increase your happiness over maximum!

Regarding that stuff:
-I generally don't like encouraging overclocking on choco jumps; you're going to do them daily (hopefully) so one extra chocolate box eaten today is one fewer eaten tomorrow.
-EDVD's are expensive, and IMO spending 3M extra on such a small boost (especially since you're only stacking to 400E rather than 1000E) is not worth it. If you're gonna try that, just do HJs instead
-Did the third paragraph not cover the "happiness resets" part? I'll admit that it's not written very clearly, and I can try to mess around with it so that it's written better.
