I used 3 E cans during my last faction chain and it was the first time i used them yet my energy can usage stat didnt go up and is broken because ive used three in october and those were the only ones ive ever uesed.

It shows 4 e cans as of 11th October and 16 as of 13th October, which is correctly depicted in your logs. The graph isn't updated exactly midnight TCT, the ones on 11th October were drunk on early hours of 11th and hence made it into the 11th Oct graph update.

I think your issue right now isn't the cans....
The issue is your a leader, on your own, leading nobody, and you should probably join another faction....
