I can't open up an individual chat window with my co-leader. It's been this way for a few days now. Can someone please look into it for me when you get a chance?

have you logged on to torn on multiple devices? you might have the chat left open on that and it won't open
i think you just have to go in the people tab and press the x next to their name then reopen it

Alternatively, remove the person from your list of recents and try initiating the chat again, will work just fine.
Can you please ensure the chat is not already open on another device or browser and close it there if it is? Should be able to open it just fine after that. Alternatively, you can force close their chat window on idle devices by clicking this cross in the Recent list:

I'll be honest I really only play this game on one device, but I will check to see when I get a chance. It's really strange, the tab is there for her but it won't do anything when I click it. Everyone else it seems to work fine for. Thanks for the help.
Yea, we've tried everything and it still isn't working.
Did both of you remove each other from the Recent list?
