look how i offer a better P.I for the same price he offers to pay for a P.I less valuable one. then they throw a fit like a little b*&%H when i make the better offer.
this guy is a joke and i believe he is phishing for a weak player to try and mug.

The PI that you are living in is not a 3750 Happy PI, the base happy of the property is 3700. It's 3750 Happy, because you have hired a pilot.
