Yo fellow directors, got a question. A guy who joined my newly created company had 0 effectiveness during the first day due to 100% inactivity rebuff. He was online throughout the day he joined. Any explanation for this? Thanks in advance!

It isn't a bug, employees have to do more than just sign in and go to the forms or casino for the game to consider them active and if they continue for some time the game marks them as inactive …
you should not run a company because you dont have any business education .
Answer : when someone joins a company they dont give efficiency straight away it takes 1 days or torn time 18:00 to tick for the next days

I am pretty sure it has a lot to do with Bachelor of business. Productivity boost . +12 directors education. 15% stoxk pricing boost on company advertising and upgrading to max. Without the course you can still run a company but it will take years to reach 7 or 10 star
With the slow growth you have issues of employees going inactive or leaving and salary plus advertising cost adds up to a point where you will be loosing money instead of making

It's not difficult to run a successful company with little or no business edu. But it helps speed up the process
Having rhe same problem white one of my guys getting -50 to inactivety but has been on true out the day. Maby been off when it ticked over for monday's report.
well i got a -146 Inactivity debuff.. and he wasnt even inactive... seems like a bug to me, cuz that would be his total effectiveness score, at least it usually is!
To even reach that amount he would need to be afk for a whole month...

that was the exact same problem I had, eventually replaced the employee as it was constantly stuck at 0. Unfortunate but it is what it is until it gets fixed I guess

Ask them if they are doing crimes or training in the gym, that sort of thing.
yeap. Teal is right. i opened a bug report shortly after this post and the answer was exactly that. there was some kind of change on that system and it automaticaly assumes the employees eff to 0 if they just log in and take no action..

I had one today that suddenly went to -123 inactivity even though his last log on was 2 hrs before and I've talked with him since, definitely active
No their essential not just helpfull as are blocks of stock and mathmatics and law courses i would refrain from running companies till you have them using as a bank go for it bit actually running your just digging q hole to throughout your money.

How long it takes to get a company to 7-10 stars with or without education.
Me and my director making 200k daily from this experiment so don't know where you are getting losing money from.
