i thought the items in city refresh every 24 hours and the ones that haven’t been claimed to? or do they just stay forever till it’s claimed ?

In 2019 I decided I wouldn't pick up any items until the next New Years. Ended up with 191 items.

I did the same for 2020. This year I ended up with 278 so maybe 10/10 awareness does pay off. No SE's this year :(

I'm at 71 items sitting in my city and I struggle daily to not click each one.
I remember last years post and to keep up the self-control is an R+ from me xD

In 2020 found 3 SE and I had 5-7/10 merits in awareness.

It's totally random but in 7/10 I sometimes found 3-4 things at a time.

Forever as far as we know, until someone with 10,000,000 in their ~~inventory~~ city ruins it for us all.
