Now you're level 15 you can stop worrying about levelling so much. While they're wasting e hitting you they're not training it in the gym.
Refer to riots post again. Good factions also give better gym gains

Keep quiet, don’t post in fourms, don’t talk in global, don’t talk in trade, and don’t hit active players.

In order, most important first:

1) Fly
2) Don't be a dick (scam / cheat / whine)
3) Don't put bounties
4) Stay away from global and trade chat
5) Don't be involved in buymug

This makes me crazy, because some of them definitely need to get the message that what they are saying is crap.

Either be totally passive, only say sweet things to people...

or bounty everyone that attacks you. Get a reputation amongst your level that you are unmesswithable.

But over all this remember it's just a game and there's a lot of value to be had in the community.
