Have you EVER in your life, EVER met a 16 year old you'd argue was "Politically well informed"? I get Democrats like low information voters, but at 16, they will only parrot what their teachers tell them.
And since most teachers in America are Democrat, you can see how that would work.

Only 100% turnout? If some areas of the Niger Delta managed to get a turnout of 120%, one would expect the USA to be able to equal, or surpass that level (bigger, better, etc)
