Just saw this quote....
One of the most common items found in Torn's city dump is a box of tissues. Nobody knows why this is, and few are interested in investigating.
So i want to know why are there so many boxes of tissues? :)

Most likely because it’s a cheap and easy item to dump for the Items Dumped merit <.<

Under 20% of max happy tissues cause you to gain back up to 20 happy. No cooldown. I use them after I OD cause racing > flying.

But even I won't take tissues straight out of the dump. That's nasty.
