So I noticed while initiating attack myself that Fellatia had initiated attack against me and was waiting for my smoke, so I tried to selfhosp by losing RR, but losing the RR sent me to hospital for 0h00m and I still had life of ~4k left. 21seconds later Fellatia finished the fight and hosped me.
