Does the certificates of awesome and lame have any use or are they just junk? Ty

Junk. You could use them as prizes, e.g. organize a faction race and give the winner awesome and the loser lame or w/e, but no actual use.
Yes unfortunately they have no uses, other than rando sending to people. Or you can trash them, and use them for your trashed items merit. (Trash 5k items)

These items have no currently implemented use, however they exist for the sake of being a cool thing to send to people.
