Currently you are able to Self hosp using a wrong bloodbag, (not even its actual intent according to Ched) and can allow the hosp timer to reach to 1-3mins then use ANOTHER wrong bloodbag to increase hospital time again.

Not sure if its been suggested before or why it hasn't but clearly that is way too overpowered for protection from mugs and keeps things very stale.


Proposal: Remove the ability to Re-self hosp using a wrong bloodbag whilst you are already in the hospital. There are a lot of other ways to stay safe:
  • Closing your bazaar quickly. (takes 1 click vs buying, initiating + hitting down to 0 life and mugging for the "buymugger".
  • Using an SED to increase hospital time.
  • Being ready to deposit the $ as fast as possible- and again.... favours the traders over muggers with a lot less clicks.

It make sense, the medical cooldown of a bloodbag is 60 min, while the effect (if using a wrong one) in hospital is longer, so you could pretty much bloodbag yourself to stay in the hosp all day long just remembering to log in once every h.


At least consider increasing the cd of using wrong medical bloodbags to x3 when using it from the hosp.

Make it so only irradiated blood bag puts you in hosp.
That way they get a debuff with the radiation and actually have a downside to hiding in the hospital

Honestly do we need to go and look at the money you guys have mugged in buy mugs on your stats or will you all just get over the fact that there's a measure to counteract how sad you can really be. Lmao leave people alone most of these self hospers are low level newbies just trying to make a way in the game.

I'm tired of Torn being full of pussies. I don't even mug much anymore and I still know traders moan whilst exploiting certain mechanics.

E.g. Did you know taking the wrong bloodbag was technically an exploit. I dont remember traders reporting that, (The game Rules). I may as well get a mugging script lol, lets see how many traders truly get sick and tired :(.

Now lets wait for your uneducated response based on 0 facts, just opinions. Did you know the average IQ is down there with D3vl?

I wasn’t disagreeing, just thought it was funny you of all people would bring it up considering the facts.


If it’s an exploit then it needs to be closed. Considering it’s been left alone for years I’m not convinced
