When training working stats, should you focus on only 2 stats and get them as high as possible or focus on having lower stats but they are all even more or less?

If let's say you have a clear path of what companies you will join and what positions you want to occupy would focusing on only 2 stats work better?

What are pros and coins of having 2 huge working stats and 1 low Vs all 3 are even?

All job position in company only require two stats. Imo, intel and endu, position in Tv company pay well.

If you have a clear path and know what position in a what company you would like to be in than its faster to gain the two stats required for that position.

However, directors will probably favour someone with equal stats (if they reach the required stats for same position) to be able to swich around them when inactivity occures from time to time.

It depends on what your end goal is. What company type do you want to be in the most and then work towards getting stats that fit one of those positions well.

I’m always looking for high manual stat players as Drillers and roughnecks are essential to an Oil rig. So having 90,000-125,000 manual is favourable for this company type.

As said above, Intel and Endurance are favourable for a TV network.
