Same issue with a mission of mine now.
Had not done any missions in a week or so and maybe the mission had spawned before he was fedded cause his last action shown is 5 days ago now. Don't know if there's anything yall can do or not?
Supposed to get a usp and achieve a hit on DJDaN.
However he is in federal jail.

Appreciate the change of target. I cannot complete the mission still tho because it wants me to send the usp to DJDaN still... need to change that to phaera also if possible?
