When embedding video using Vimeo tag the URL the video calls is

<iframe src="//player.vimeo.com/video/68084005" width="550" height="309" frameborder="0"></iframe>

And clearly the extra // at the start are causing the issue of the video not loading, otherwise it would work fine.

I was under the impression that iframes were disabled like 3 or 4 years ago now..?

Yeah I'm honesty not sure what's going on here. What editor are you using? I don't even think we support any video playing, certainly not vimeo? Maybe youtube videos?

You do, or maybe its legacy code but people use it. So just type in this code [Youtube*] (without the *) and it will link the Youtube video in it.

Same thing is for [Vimeo*] but that code comes up with those 2 extra // which messes up the URL.

Can be replicated in the WYSIWYG editor on forums/mail

What editor are you using please? In your example it was HTML, which is not used in our latest text editor.

bb code is converted to html.
He's showing you the HTML that your bb code generates.

Like Goober stated above, its this editor right here, look at the HTML code it produces below:

Same with any other editor.
