I have done lots of larceny on Offices, but when I try to do a swift robbery to advance crimes, I keep getting arrested. Isn't the swift robbery the easiest to do? Why do I keep getting arrested?

Probably down to your CE - might not be ready to move onto those crimes. How many times did you try the robbery and get arrested? It could just be a series of bad luck but where you keep getting arrested I’d say drop the crime you’re doing

I have tried doing swift robbery maybe like 4 or 5 times
Keep doing the crimes that you succeed 99% of the time at - it will help you gain crime experience and raise your never bar
As for when you should move on? Try a different crime every now and then and see the outcome - there’s a few guides about crimes if you have a look :)
ideally you want to move onto arson as quickly as possible which will give you a significant boost of CE and really push that NNB
