Well be prepared to take this thread somewhere else because it doesn't belong here.
Since you post it here, scamming isn't illegal in Torn, so from a legal standpoint there is not much you can do but take your loss and move on, unless you want to be permabountied or something. Enemies are easily made here.

OneSat did that multiple times with many people. I think its the new begging technic. Don't try it unless u wanna get hosped or bountied by others.
