tbf, it is the polite thing to do, even if you didn't request a rev. Nothing to get fussed/upset about tho.

There are times when they may have a war going on or something irl going on that they really don't always have the time to stop and message all the revivers who got them out of the hospital.

I mean I am a new player and I've gotten revives. To be honest, I'm kinda scared of talking to people. I'm starting to get out of my shell. I'll make sure to say thanks though. Never thought to say anything because I don't understand the game fully yet.

I don't pay for someone to revive me when I've been hosped, I didn't ask for it, I assume they're doing it for their own benefit, like jail busters. I will pay for Xanax revives, even if I don't ask or if they don't check with me first, but for simple attack hosps they're doing it for themselves.

Welcome to the game, ally1argh!

Most of us do not bite, when talked to. Many of us in game enjoy helping others figure out how to do things in game, etc.

Making friends in Torn is crucial, it was hard for me at the start too but when you meet people and help eachother you massively improve on eachothers progression, but i get what you mean, at the start you feel like a tiny fish in a giant pond, you'll grow into it though so don't worry about it too much

Silom, true, for freevives. some are doing it for the HoF rank. Currently there are many trying to get their success rate up in revives, which will help the revivers as we as those we revive. Higher success rate also gives a better amount of life back with revives now as well, which helps them go right back to fighting. You are not required to pay for them. Only requested ones require payment. If someone choses to pay, we will accept, but we don't require it for a freevive, hence the name. :)

I was in an other game similar to this and it was a blackhole of trolls. I hid in my guild basically XD I have thicker skin now but I wanted to know some of the game before jumping into socializing.
