Since the Junta had arrested our people's elected President U Win Myint and State Counsellor Daw Aung San Suu Kyi (Noble prize winner) on 1st February 2021, Myanmar have fallen into turmoil. Straightly opposite to what the Junta said on that day, increasing suppression on our people is witnessed day by day.
- Hospitals and government staff quarters (especially those who strike by CDM - civil disobedience movement) are all in fear as unidentifiable armed people in police and soldier uniforms show up at our doors and take people as captives.
- Internet is restricted. Social network is banned to cover their forceful suppression of protesters and illegal arrest of political, social figures, and even DOCTORS and NURSES.
- Armed forces use live rounds against protesters, currently one 29 y/o girl shot dead by headshot.
- Junta release prisoners all over the country with instructions to cause unrest in civilian areas by attempting arson and false alarms at nights.

Democracy is in grave danger in Myanmar!
Human rights lost!
All the people are under constant threat of military and feared.

Yes, Myanmar doctors started the movement against the Junta, CDM.
Police circled up a station hospital and arrested the doctor. Contact lost more than 24 hours.
Tonight, Doctors at hospitals in Yangon and other towns are also asking for help of neighbouring people as police attempted to arrest them.

Let me add a couple more that were not mentioned:

- 20,000+ prisoners were released, including a handful of outcasts that had to serve life time sentences in jail.

-The girl that was shot to death was 19 years old but the important part is she was protesting peacefully 100+ meters away from the barricades.

-The so-called UN Myanmar representative is siding with junta, he did not mention or report a single factual thing that is happening in Myanmar.

-Just a couple hours ago, the soldiers attempted to detain firefighters and footages of trucks loaded with oil tanks were seen in Mandalay city.

Before everyone starts jumping to us with words like "karma, murderers, extremist". I really would like you to take your time to research about it and read the full story. The military government was behind the Rohingya genocide and Aung San Su Kyi was the scapegoat of the genocide. If she was behind this or racist, her right hand man wouldn't be a Burmese-Muslim. You can fact check by searching "U Ko Ni".
Also, Western news claimed it was an ethnic cleansing supported by extremist Buddhists. Again you can look up #savemyanmar #CDM #WhatshappeninginMyanmar on facebook and instagram and you will find many different faces in the protest. Muslims, Chinese and many other minorities are in the protests, why would the Muslims stand up if the country and citizens were racist and against them?

We pay taxes for soldiers to come detain us in the middle of the night.
Foreign nations' soldiers take the bullets for the civilians whereas in Myanmar, civilians take the bullets fired by the soldiers.

This is truly awful, I’m sorry this is happening to you and your people. I have a worker from Myanmar in my company, I told him if I’m forced to replace him he will be paid for every day until he comes back and will have his job back that day he messages me and tells me he’s back on.

Imagine reading about a military coup and genocide happening in another nation and thinking "wow, that sucks, but getting cancelled on twitter and idpol are worse". If you see a brutal repression of human rights and your first move is to complain that American politicians want to give you healthcare, you have some issues with perspective. If your first concern when faced with another military dictatorship coming to power is with the NBA, then you need to readjust your outlook.
