There is always a chance to OD when taking any drug.
So try taking it after you fill your blood bags and spent all nerve and already generated natural energy (unless you are stacking).

I would only add that if you are a new player it doesn't really matter when you get your rehab done, if you in fact need a rehab. The reason is if you are keeping your AP as low as possible for the purposes of efficiency then there is no difference in rehab + Xanax + Xanax and Xanax + Xanax + rehab
The benifit of going to rehab shortly before 1800 is that if you need to rehab then your beat chance of using a rehab is then, obviously because will have taken most Xanax.
Hope this makes sense, it is a small thing but I think important.
Contrast that with an older player that can take a (or many many) after every Xanax. So that player can really dial in their efficiency in a way a newer player can't.

I dont get it, ive been rehabing for a year now and my fee hasnt changed from its starting price of 250k. Double checked my logs and yeah i never got away with a 100k rehab.
Also, I still continue to rehab regularly , typically no higher than very slightly addiction. One rehab takes care of it. And in the last year ive only ODed 9 times.
And after all that counting I believe im gonna go back to happy jumping. I have been trying to keep up the 3 xanax a day plan but im averaging 2 a day. Some days just one. Neat! Thanks for motivating me to look at these numbers drvoid!

The price for 1 rehab never changes from 250k. What changes is how many addiction points it removes.
You've done 244 rehabs, so one tick of rehab removes a little less than half of what your very first rehab did. (About 40 addiction points, while a xanax gives 18 with faction perks)
