No it doesn't but people generally get revived the moment they overdose so the only ones left in are those who have it turned off.

People who often run bazaars, trade, and sell points often have them set to off so they don't get revive mugged.
Click that circle on the top right. Select settings. General settings. Change "who can revive you" to everyone. I'd imagine you'd be out of the hospital Soon(TM). Assuming that's what you meant...
