when you reach lv 100 you can reset the game with certain bonuses (not sure what) but maybe that resets education
Prestige levels was a suggestion that got implemented as an April fools' joke... it's not an actual thing.
With a bit of luck we might get graduate degrees in Education 2.0... some time after Crimes 2.0 or so.
