Hi, i wondered if there was a glitch or something in the system, had the results through today and 1 of my employees have gone to 0 with inactively at -138 he logged on before 6pm, i am so confused

There was a change as to what counts as activity for a company employee, simply logging in isn't enough.There are basically two types of inactivity, one is wheret he player is not logging in at all, in this case he gets a gradual debuff on a daily basis. The other is the change that was implemented few months ago, where the player logs in but doesn't play the game for the past x days, he will get a full debuff on xth day.
