Try this method, it works for me.

Let the bounty to be claimed by someone else and place a new one.

Get someone else to claim it, can't claim your own bounties either
If it doesn’t get claimed, it expires after a week anyway.
All it takes is a little patience.
Like ppl said, you can't. But if I put bounty on someone n regret it, i send them meds n pay for the revives the person needs
