Obviously, he intended to. But when he realized that this game is PG13, he decided using the nudes would get him in fed. So he decided to not use them in Torn, which made everybody think he never intended to use them in-game, which led to the community branding him a pervert, while his intentions were obviously game-related.
It's not true, there was no rule breaking harassment or flaming directed at Bling, they're treated according to the rules just like everything else, or not if they don't violate any rules. If he wants to share anything with people, as I've noticed they haven't yet done so at all (I wonder why?), then there's nothing stopping them - and if it requires further review then we'll be happy to do so, so it's a win win right?
I appreciate wanting to try and save face somewhat after being banned, again, for violating the rules themselves - the part I find concerning though is that even, despite all this, they've never once acknowledged their rule breaking or desired to be better, which to me highlights why these kinds of offences by Bling need to be taken seriously by staff, and demonstrated to the players that we will ban for them. Without this players just continue to break them, leading to further real money trading offences and potentially branching into unsolicited harassment for parties that don't want to face those kinds of sexually charged conversations.
TL;DR - If you don't want to be banned, don't buy cyber sex for Torn cash, and then don't whine when staff e-cock block you.

Why didn't Bling_Bling receive the same treatment? That would be equal. He already faced a game ban for his RMT.
You specifically labeling this case has caused only problems for yourself. If you wanted to elaborate then you could have simply labeled his account "RMT" like you have done to all the others. I do not see how this is a "win-win".

This guy is a blue name and has spent possible thousands on your game and this is how you respond. You could've given him anomity by simply shaming him for RMT, which is what he did anyway. You've seen how much of an effect RMT has anyway. This is not equal treatment and your little comment afterwards only supports my previous comment; that you wanted chaos in the first place.

I can't understand why people are defending this kind of action quite frankly, simps with simps... That's a new one for me!
We've been putting this sentence reason on people for quite some time though, before Bling and also on accounts after him too.
I don't see any problems caused by this for myself tbh, I haven't really spent much time on this at all, it's all been quite open and shut! Actually I see this whole thing as an overall positive, it's been entertaining and highlighted the rules to a lot of players.
In response to your edit: My job isn't to stifle any fun out of Torn, and a part of it is to prevent a lot of the lewd behaviour that occurs, I'm not going to cover for people and protect them for it, the fact that you think this is what a community manager should be doing is concerning!
