Is there a limit to battle stats? Which player has the highest battle stats?
And by the way, which player has the highest networth?

Thanks

For a non "technical" people, this number is absolute maximum what a "cell" in the database can hold.

Rest assured, maximum will not be hit for a while now. Even if BB has 300 trillion stats, that's 0.3 quadrillion, or 0.0003 quintillion.

9,223,372,036,854,775,807 is over 9 quintillion.

I wouldn’t be so sure. It’s quite possible to hit that number and could be done within a couple years if someone buckled down and spent the money.

Just to a bit pedantic here. From what I understand is that it also tracks decimals and that would imply to me that its using a floating point number. In PHP, the highest value would be 1.7 * 10^308. That would be effectively limitless and the API will break long before that.

Computers are entirely capable of dealing with numbers larger than a datatype can store, so there really is not a limit to the possible battlestats. Either the game is coded to accommodate them or it's not.

Battlestats are floating point numbers that are rounded for display, not whole number integers. If they were integers(or longs in this case), overflow errors would become an issue, and training at a certain stat could put you into the negatives:

While you can store much higher values in floating points, they lose some precision when it comes to very large and very small numbers, but the points where this happen are far beyond anything that could significantly effect any player.

Either way, both of these issues can be overcome by creating a second true/false variable for players over the "limit" that either does or doesn't add a value at or close to the datatype's limit and using that for calculations.

Also, for those wondering, assuming he had 300 trillion in a single stat, BodyBagger could get up to more than 600 quintillion stats in just a year if he used ALL of his available booster cooldown on stat enhancers for the next 365 days, at the mere cost of $600 billion TCD:

It is worth noting if you are unaware that there is a soft cap on stats at 50 million per stat and at that point training only gives you linear gains instead of exponential ones and you must use stat enhancers if you want to get the exponential curve back.

If he converted his networth into SEs? It depends on how he spread it out over his stats. He could certainly get will into the quadrillions.

I wouldve just calculated his based on regular consumption with whatever balance he was training with before he stopped. He wasn't far off from the quadrillions anyways, so that's a safe bet. It's been a few years for him hasn't it?

No known limit to battlestats.

Highest stat total = Bodybagger

Highest stat potential = deft (battlestats with personal networth + growth trends included)

When you hit $8 trillion, you effectively win Torn, as that's the amount neccessary to sustain 4 SEs a day from Nikeh with Cayman proceeds. No one is anywhere close to this, though that could change if Ched doesn't implement changes to how the stock market operates or if a series of top players quit and give all their cash to another top .0001%'er.
Vladar [1996140]
Fun fact, if someone took 4 SE per day starting from 1B battle stats, their stats would be:

After 1 month: 3.4 Billion
After 3 months: 40.5 Billion
After 6 months: 1.64 Trillion
After 12 months: 2.7 Quadrillion
After 24 months: 7.3 Sextillion

Note that 7.3 Sextillion would be 22 million times higher than the current highest stat player. With 25 people in the attack it would take someone with 15.4 Trillion strength to be able to damage them

But SEs are fine nothing to see here and no need for a cap
