    Sitting in hosp and being able to dump cash in fac was seriously broken though (trade prob still works so can still do that). Now ched just needs to nerf clothing down to 25% as 75% is just dumb.

    Ghost trade is sometimes not effective, what if you're constantly being hosped. Trading in hosp should be disabled as well

Ched dropped a thread on the announcements forum section.
What surprised me is this.
- Changed faction money & points depositing to not be possible while in hospital or jail-
The decision has been contemplated before and has now been initialized.

Maybe I missed it, but I would think a question trying to balance the needs of multiple different constituencies in the game should be discussed much more than it feels this one was.

I understand people want to use battlestats to earn money and mugging is one of the only options available for most people. But there is also demand on the other side for people that appreciate the grind, but want to protect their gains. I am of the opinion that rolling out this kind of change should have had at least some balancing mechanism added at the same time- as an example, actually allow players to work security so that the security person has to be neutralized before the target is. Provides both a solution for those worried about being mugged and a way to earn money from their stats.

That way, people have a direction to go when they need to change how they play.

One can argue the lack of electronic transactions that make carrying around huge sums of money necessary is seriously broken. That's why it should be discussed, so the needs and concerns of various elements of the playerbase are represented and addressed rather than just having a vocal constituency getting their way, especially outside the established process for discussing such changes.

Doesn't make sense for someone to buy items from my bazaar and the cash goes to my pocket while in a hospital bed too. A lot of things doesn't make sense, this is just the beginning.
