Pain is knowing that you weren't considered by that friend you helped as a first in mind and also knowing you literally threw money away, I'll value you as a friend if we ever hit it off <3
Perhaps said friend believed you could stand on your own two feet and make it on your. Perhaps they had so much faith in you doing well they gifted elsewhere or Perhaps that hated you all along and they never really enjoyed chatting to you. Who knows.
why would you give half of your networth to some random person you met? Don't get me wrong i do to sometimes spent/give my money to my friends, but half of your net? why? you could've used that for something in the future
