I logged in into several accounts, for whom chat doesn't work and everything is fine from my cloudflare region. And for me it works fine and state of the server is okay.
Quite possible it's related to "partial outage" of several regions in cloud flare atm. Let's wait for the resolution of those outages

also, even my notes won't load, it seems anything connected to the bottom bar, people as well, and most of the settings have a spinning circle.

this is exactly the same for me, run off cellular network its fine but as soon as its wifi it doesnt work, even though im literally on the same wifi to post this message.

that sucks I'm in Canada, and it doesnt work on wifi or through Rodgers phone networks for me.

Im also in Canada, doesnt work on wifi but does work on my Rogers Cellular network, in Alberta.

Am canadian using Rogers Ignite internet while on WiFi no chat bars are present on any app
Chrome,TornPDA,Safari,Firefox, (unsoppurted torn app)

Turning off WiFi and going onto Mobile Data allows chats to come back (weird)

ios 14.4.1 iPotato XR

Turning on a vpn to Buffalo seems to work for me atleast

A number of users have reported that their chats work when they use a VPN, Opera browser has a free one if you're after a quick option here, which suggests it may well be an issue with Cloudflare in a particular location, so that could work as a possible workaround for people for the time being.

Issue when trying to communicate in any way over chat or factuon chat, only while connected to WiFi, disabling WiFi and using Data fixes the issue, chat refreshes and I'm able to communicate, Re-Enabling WiFi ends up with the unavailability for connection to the server over coms.

Device: LGE LM-G900 Android: 11 App version: 1.1.4
