What are you crazy, IQ is everything! Crime success, education course length, book effectiveness...
IQ is everything, but OP needs to start somewhere.
More battlestats gives more kills, more mugs, more money for education, with education you can get more crime success rate. When you have all that, you will get more IQ. So for the OP I rather start at the beginning with stats. Book effectiveness comes somewhere after education I guess ;-)
