This is indeed a TornTools bugs where it doesn't show duplicate items, which will be fixed in the next version.

Something happened with city finds. Had 330 items in the city and yesterday (2021.04.01) ~200 items disappeared. 136 items left. At first thought maybe it's April fools day joke, but today torntools shows me same amount of items.

That's an issue with Torntools, log a bug report with them
