Its very nice to another soul wanting to get into graphical design.
But as i see now from a quick tineye search, this is a image with text on it.
Do not worry, there are lots of guides to help you get started.
Here is one made by torn members themself.
If you need help on choice for tool to use,
Then there are 2 i can recommend.
Photoshop
+ has lots of tutorials
+user friendly

+free
