I'm looking for some answer on what will happen to company when the director become inactive (for like 10days or so).....
Will it affect company production and efficiency? Will it decrease daily income?
So long as it's running at enough profit to cover its costs, it could run indefinitely if it's a company that doesn't need stock ordered and the employees continue to stay in it and perform well.
No director means no ordering stock, no giving trains, and no replacing lost or inactive employees.
If company doesn't need to order stock and you have enough money in company bank to cover advertising and pay roll costs , company will be. Ok .
The most important thing is to let employees know , how long you will be inactive and that they won't be getting trains during that period . As long as they are ok with that and no one leaves the company everything should be ok .
Worst case scenario if people leave and stuff is that you can drop a couple of stars .But once you come back you should start back up quickly .
